Welcome to Therapy Notes - Digging Deep

For those interested in inner work and self-love.

Those of you who have been engaged in therapy with me over the last 30 years have been my greatest teachers. 

After every session, I have faithfully examined my inner responses, feelings, beliefs, and understandings regarding my clients. This has led me to recognize the inner relationship I have with myself and how it impacts my external relationships. I have expanded my insight and knowledge through this introspective exercise. I have had to dig deep.  

Going in, observing one's own experience, and asking questions always brings answers from somewhere deep within us. As I have gained insights, I have created handouts and teachings for my clients, but mostly they have benefited me and concretized my own learnings. I offer them here in the hopes that they can raise inner questions for you and your life and bring you new answers and understandings as you dig deep within as well.

As a psycho-spiritual teacher and consultant on Stages of development in consciousness as well as states of consciousness, I offer these teachings to facilitate and add to the work you do with me as a consultant.

Compassion Groups

For those of you in Compassion Groups, the monthly case notes that have been regularly given to you for reading and study in between sessions, will be included on this blog site - so that hopefully the inner work you all do, will benefit others too.

Please note that if you are a serious student with a genuine income restriction, I am willing to negotiate your fee. However, in the interests of complete transparency, I believe we are here on this planet to do this work, and it needs to be your priority over other pleasures. If it is not, then you are not ready for this work. Your full fee goes towards helping others in genuine hardship access this work as well.
